Hey sorry about no response in a while. I have been away on holiday Ok well, personally I learned java using a book called Beginning Java 2 by Ivor Horton. www.amazon.com/Ivor-Hortons-Beginning-Java-JDK/dp/0764568744Technically it is old and a bit out of date by the code and principles it teaches will still work. I thought it was quite good Unfortunately I didnt use a book to learn C#, so i cant really recommend anything from experience. However if you learn java, C# will be very simple, Some Java code can actually run without any errors in C#. However, I am actually starting write my own book on C# programming. It probably will not be ready for some time, but I just thought i would inform you Also welcome to the forums! Thanks for joining!
